Ibb Hotel Gdansk, Gdansk

The hotel room was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, modern, and functional. It was ready an hour before the expected check-in time. However, it was situated in the backyard next to big trash containers, leading to noise from the refuse collection area in the early morning.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to everything. The rooms are modern and have all the essentials for a traveler, although the view out onto Dlugi Targ, with sights of the old town hall clock and Neptune's fountain, is the real icing on the cake. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was a slight issue with the pricing discrepancy. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes, although it could lean towards being more affordable. The facilities were top-notch, making my visit very comfortable.

On one hand, my room faced the Dlugi Targ, providing incredible views of the old town hall clock and Neptune's fountain, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious for the price. However, the noise from the refuse collection area and the loud church bells made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Unfortunately, the side street off the square made it impossible to sleep with the noise from the church bells, bin men, and loud tourists. The lack of a safe was also a concern, but overall, the room was cozy with a nice view.
